Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These Terms of Service cover Chiral, the Discord bot and community membership system operated by Axiom Systems. This includes Roblox account linking, membership rank and recognition tracking, and automated moderation. By using any part of Chiral — starting an account link, using a slash command, or remaining a member of a server where Chiral operates — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Relationship to Roblox and Discord

These terms are between you and Axiom Systems only. Neither Roblox Corporation nor Discord Inc. is a party to them. Roblox and Discord are not affiliated with Axiom Systems, do not endorse Chiral, and are not responsible for it. You must also follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards, and the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, whenever you use those platforms.

What the service provides

Axiom Systems operates Chiral to support our community's operations. Chiral provides:

Chiral is provided for our community's operations and may change, expand, or be withdrawn as it develops. Nothing here should be read as promising any particular feature will continue indefinitely.

Eligibility

You may use Chiral only if you are allowed to use Roblox and Discord and meet each platform's minimum age requirements, and only if you have permission to bind the Roblox account you authorize. You must be the rightful owner or authorized controller of that Roblox account.

Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

How linking works

When you start linking in Chiral, you are sent to Roblox to approve access. If you approve, Roblox returns enough information for Chiral to create a record connecting your Discord identity to that Roblox account. One Roblox account may only be actively linked to one Discord identity in this system. If a Roblox account is already linked to someone else, a new link for that same Roblox account will be refused.

A successful link may automatically grant baseline server access, and Chiral may set your server nickname to match your linked Roblox username to keep identities consistent across platforms.

Membership, rank, and standing

Beyond account linking, Chiral tracks membership standing inside the server. This includes:

None of these markings are created by ordinary use of the service — they are applied by staff, or automatically as a direct consequence of the rules in this document (for example, missing a re-verification deadline, or matching a blacklist entry on link or rejoin).

Automated account requirements

To keep membership standing accurate, Chiral runs automated checks on linked accounts that currently hold active standing (any rank above baseline access):

These checks exist to keep the membership registry accurate and to catch accounts that have changed hands or gone stale. If you do not want to be subject to them, do not link an account or do not hold active standing above baseline access.

Automated moderation

Chiral runs automated anti-abuse moderation independent of the linking system. Depending on server configuration, this may include:

These actions are automated and may occur without a prior individual warning. They are separate from, and in addition to, ordinary staff moderation decisions.

Unlinking and changes

You may unlink through Chiral when that option is available. Unlinking removes the active membership link and any active standing tied to it. It does not automatically undo every past moderation action, role history, or security decision that already happened while the link existed. Axiom Systems may also clear or refuse links when required for safety, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement.

Moderation and enforcement

Axiom Systems may deny, reverse, or block account links, and may apply, deny, or reverse any membership standing described above, when we reasonably believe there is abuse, impersonation, ban evasion, or another serious risk to the community. Linked Roblox identifiers may be used in those decisions. Where community rules provide for blacklists or permanent restrictions, those rules continue to apply even if you later try to create a new link or rejoin under a different Discord account.

Availability

We aim to keep Chiral and its features working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Roblox authorization, Discord platform issues, network problems, maintenance, or platform changes outside our control can interrupt any part of the service. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom Systems and the people who operate Chiral are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of access, data, standing, or goodwill, arising from your use of Chiral. Our total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the greater of zero (because the service is free) or the minimum amount required by law in your jurisdiction.

Privacy

How we handle personal information — including what Discord and Roblox data we collect, how message content is handled, and how long we keep records — is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Chiral, you also acknowledge that policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the service changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you continue using Chiral after an update, you are accepting the revised terms.
