This Privacy Policy explains how Axiom Systems handles information when you interact with Chiral, our Discord bot and community membership system. It covers Roblox account linking, membership/rank tracking, and automated anti-abuse moderation. It is written for people who want a clear picture of what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is not a Roblox or Discord document — neither company is affiliated with Axiom Systems and neither is responsible for Chiral.
Axiom Systems runs community tools for our members. Chiral is the Discord bot that performs Roblox account linking, membership/rank management, and automated moderation. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Axiom Systems," it means the operators of those tools.
Account linking lets you prove that you control a Roblox account and connect it to your Discord identity in Chiral. That link is used for membership verification, access decisions, and moderation that depends on knowing which Roblox account belongs to which person in our community. Separately, Chiral also monitors server activity to enforce anti-abuse rules and to keep the membership registry (ranks, standing, and linked identities) accurate over time.
From Roblox, depending on what you approve during authorization, we may receive:
We do not ask Roblox for email, passwords, payment details, private messages, or inventory access for the linking flow. If we ever request additional scopes, we will update this policy and the authorization screen will show what Roblox is asking you to approve. We also periodically check the public Roblox username associated with a linked account (via Roblox's public user-lookup API) to detect username changes; this lookup does not use or require your authorization token.
From Discord, as part of normal bot operation in servers where Chiral is added, we may collect or generate:
Message content. Chiral does not read or store message content for verified members, staff, or any member holding a permission role. Two narrow exceptions, both scoped to members who have not linked/verified yet:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Some actions Chiral takes are fully automated rather than reviewed individually by a person before they happen: nickname changes on link, re-verification and enlistment reminders and lapses, and anti-spam enforcement (message deletion, temporary ban-then-unban, and role removal). Each of these is described in the Terms of Service. Staff can review and, where appropriate, reverse the standing effects of an automated action after the fact.
Roblox account linking is optional. You choose to start it, and you approve the Roblox authorization prompt yourself. If you do not want your Roblox identity connected to Chiral, do not complete the link. Remaining a member of a Discord server where Chiral operates means the anti-abuse monitoring and command-channel enforcement described above apply to you regardless of whether you have linked an account. You can remove an existing Roblox link later through Chiral's unlink command, subject to community rules that may still apply to past moderation records.
We share information only when needed to operate the service. That mainly means processing authorization with Roblox according to the scopes you approve, querying Roblox's public API to detect username changes, and storing the resulting records in Axiom Systems systems used by Chiral. We may also disclose information if required by law, or if needed to protect the safety and integrity of the community against abuse.
Community staff with a legitimate need may see linked Roblox identifiers, membership/rank history, and moderation records (including archived messages tied to an anti-spam action) while handling membership or moderation. They are expected to treat that information as confidential community operations data.
We keep different records for different lengths of time, depending on why they exist:
Some historical moderation or security notes may remain even after you unlink or leave, where they are needed to enforce bans, investigate abuse, or keep an accurate record of actions already taken.
We take practical steps to protect the data described above, including limiting access to people who need it for operations and keeping secrets such as application credentials out of public places. No online service is perfectly secure. If you believe your Roblox account or Discord account was compromised, contact community staff promptly and secure both accounts.
This service is intended for people who are allowed to use Roblox and Discord under those platforms' age rules. If you are not old enough to use those services, do not use Chiral.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Chiral or its features change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Chiral after an update means you are using the service under the revised policy.
